Camp Buckeye/Zaleski State Forest Hike - September '08
Another perfect weekend! The weather was warm. Saturday afternoon
was clear and in the mid-80's. The evenings were in the upper 60's
making for good sleeping. We stayed at Camp Buckeye on Friday night
and drove down to the Zaleski State Forest backpacking trial head.
We hiked the 10 mile southern loop. We started the hike at 10:30
a.m. and finished at 5:30 p.m.
Iain cooked corn bread in a dutch oven. It was baked perfectly!!!
